51 King Street reaches practical completion

Key client Beech Holdings have recently completed their residential redevelopment of 10 luxury apartments at 51 King Street. We are delighted to hear that nearly all of the apartments were pre-let during development, and look forward to announcing a new letting of the ground floor retail space in the building, which Casabel have handled on behalf of Beech.
