One of our largest and most challenging projects to-date, for a regular and valued client.

We acted to acquire this prominent and large office building, which had suffered significantly from the limited investment by several previous owners over many years.

Once we had engaged with the Vendor and their agents to agree the purchase price, we assisted our client and their funder in progressing legals to conclude the transaction swiftly.

Post-completion, we were instructed to asset manage the building, which was occupied by dozens of tenants, and simultaneously engage with the design team and appointed contractors over plans to redevelop the existing building in phases to fit in with various remaining tenants.

The scale of the project and various complexities have meant dedicating a great deal of time to the eventual success of the project, which is due to complete in Q3 2018.
