We acted for a Private Client to acquire this building in an off-market transaction in 2016. The client acquired it as a speculative office investment, which they have partly-occupied themselves.

Following that first acquisition, we were subsequently instructed by the same client to acquire a number of neighbouring units for expansion and with a view to future development potential.

More recently, Casabel has been instructed to act as asset manager and joint letting agent to dispose of the unused space in the building, while potential development plans are drawn up and restrictive covenants negotiated.
