Justin was appointed by a national architectural practice when their lease expiry was approaching, to advise them on alternative space options and possible renewal terms.

Being a significant national design firm, meant that the space acted not just as a place of work, but also as a 'shop-window' to their services. Therefore, the project was of paramount importance and a comprehensive search and detailed analysis of the city office market was undertaken, including review of available lease terms, workspace appraisal and likely occupational costs.

While relatively small in size, this remains one of our favourite projects to work on, due to the close relationship that was forged with the client and the satisfying result. Of course, it is also very rewarding to gain repeat business from a client several years after finding them a new home!
