Advising a joint venture between Rowan Investments and Beech Holdings, Casabel and WHR Property jointly provided development and acquisition consultancy on this office/retail investment, which was acquired from owner-occupier, WH Ireland plc.

This complex transaction needed extensive input from all consultants and required all parties involved to work together quickly and flexibly. Our consultancy services provided included investment analysis, development advice and funding, as well as lease advisory and asset management when negotiating new leases for WH Ireland to remain in occupation following completion.
