This high-profile mixed-use development site is situated in a superb location and was sourced and acquired in an off-market transaction on behalf of an active developer client.

Working jointly with an agent to acquire the property, Casabel was instructed by the developer to provide development consultancy and detailed financial appraisals of their proposed scheme. Once that task was complete, we were asked to progress the legal due diligence for what is a complex and constrained site, situated on a prominent main arterial route into the city.

This on-going development consultancy instruction has involved party wall and highways issues, and working closely with the design and construction teams, and external consultants employed by the client.

Recently planning has been granted for an amended scheme of 53 residential units, and ground floor commercial space.
