Our client had already acquired this most beautiful heritage building with the intention of developing it into residential apartments, when they approached Casabel seeking advice on managing existing tenants and gaining vacant possession.

In the short term, we were able to quickly maximise the income from existing tenants, as well as get in a new tenant in on a flexible "developer-friendly" basis, which allowed the client the time needed to gain planning permission.

Once planning permission had been granted, Casabel were able to manage the process of gaining vacant possession swiftly, so their contractors could make an immediate start on site.
