Having already acquired this prominent landmark building directly in an off-market transaction several months earlier, our client sought the counsel of Casabel and engaged us in an on-going asset management role concerning the disposal of the commercial space at ground and 1st floor levels, while they themselves developed the upper floors for residential use.

Casabel advised on the appointment and management of specialist retail/leisure agents, who were promptly able to bring forward multiple interested parties. We advised the Landlord on lease negotiations and investment implications, and then monitored legals through to a successful completion.

A key element of this instruction was working jointly with the incumbent agent and building contractor to achieve the best result for the landlord.
