We managed to successfully secure this property on behalf of Beech Holdings following a long and very competitive bidding process.

The transaction was structured so that Pret A Manger would re-gear their lease on the whole building and re-configure their ground floor layout, freeing-up the long-time vacant upper floors and corner entrance, enabling our client to develop the upper floors into 27 high quality residential units.

After initially being instructed just to acquire the property for Beech Holdings, Casabel's scope of works was extended to include development consultancy and a significant element of on-going asset management during the development works, liaising with the contractor, Landlord and commercial tenant.
